My stay at Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked through the doors. The reception desk is positioned right at the main entrance, immediately welcoming guests as they arrive. The staff were quick, cheerful, and genuinely friendly, creating an inviting first impression that set the tone for the entire stay. The lobby area is modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed with updated furniture that makes the space feel warm and comfortable rather than transactional. There are plenty of areas to relax, socialize, watch TV, or simply unwind, giving the hotel a strong sense of community — something you don’t often feel while traveling. It truly creates a vibe where you feel connected, even while away from home. The rooms were equally impressive: clean, updated, and colourful in a way that feels fresh and energizing. Unlike many hotels that can feel sterile or hospital-like, the design here is vibrant and welcoming, making the space enjoyable to come back to after a long day. Overall, Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West delivers a modern, comfortable, and friendly hotel experience with great energy, excellent staff, and stylish accommodations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

I stayed here for one night and had such a great experience. The hotel was clean. The location is right by the airport, right by major highways. It is so easy to get to, so easy to access. Plenty of parking if needed. The breakfast had lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had zero issues and zero complaints. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here the night before an early morning flight and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and professional, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The amenities were excellent, including a fun game room, and the room had a great view for plane spotting if you’re into aviation. The airport shuttle was on time even for our very early 3:30 AM departure to the airport, which made the morning completely stress-free. Overall, excellent service, great amenities, and a perfect location near Pearson. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay! The service was excellent staff were very welcoming and professional throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the environment was clean and comfortable. I also really appreciated the convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. Tru by Hilton Toronto Pearson Airport is an excellent hotel for transit stays. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and offers hourly shuttle transportation to and from the airport, which is a big advantage. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, as was the entire room — everything was spotless and very well maintained. All the essentials needed for a comfortable stay are provided. In the morning, guests can enjoy breakfast, and coffee and tea are available throughout the day, which is especially appreciated when traveling at unusual hours. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Special recognition goes to Ms. Lovepreet at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and supportive, making the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in transit who needs a comfortable and relaxing place to rest near Toronto Pearson Airport

had a great stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially Gina at the front desk—she was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. The location is very convenient and made getting around easy. The rooms and common areas were well-cleaned and maintained, which I really appreciated. The food provided was also good and met expectations. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All you need - nothing more, or nothing less. A value for money airport hotel located 15 minutes from the airport. Smooth airport shuttle bus to the hotel (and the other way as well). Really great service. Smiling and helpful staff. I’m still impressed by the waffle and pancakes machines The room was really nice. Huge king size bed. You get, what you pay for + smiling faces (without any extra charge). At a very affordable price. We enjoyed our stay. Recommend

The hotel was incredibly clean, the rooms were super cozy, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep, and the walk-in shower was excellent. The complimentary breakfast had everything you could want! Omelettes, sausage, home fries, bagels, pancakes with every topping imaginable, fresh fruit, plus great coffee and juice. Every detail made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
